The Association of Fraternity and organized guilds XXX Photo Contest on Easter Almería, according to the following BASES:
1. May attend this competition all the people who want it, whether professional or amateur, with no more than that of the members of the Association of Guilds.
2. The theme will be Easter Almería whose snapshots correspond to the processions of 2011, only the Fraternities and Brotherhoods canonically erected and incorporated into the Association of Guilds of Almeria.
3. The first prize, are not eligible photographs of the images have been reproduced on posters for Easter for the last five years:
Jesus de Medinaceli Brotherhood of Arrest.
Mystery of the Agony in the Garden of the Brotherhood of Students.
Christ of the Good Death of the Brotherhood of Sorrows.
Mystery of San Juan in the Return of the Tomb of the Hermandad de la Soledad.
Our Lady of Sorrows of the Brotherhood of the same name.
4. The works submitted must not have been awarded in other contests. Also, if any of the photographs were awarded by the Association of Guilds, they can not be submitted in other contests contests, may not be published without the prior permission of the Association before Easter 2012 If this happens, the photograph in question would be disqualified, and awarded the prize of the jury would have qualified at the following location.
5. Each participant will present a maximum of 5 pictures on normal photographic paper. (Vertical) by setting the following sizes: 30X40
mounted on rigid white cardboard 40X50, (no foam board).
30X45, mounted on stiff white cardboard 40X55, (no foam board).
The photographs are identified with a degree (1 per photo) stand at the back of the photograph.
6. In a sealed envelope (1 per photo), on the outside appear the title of the work which also appear on the back of the photo holder and is inserted inside the book title, author's name, address. E-mail and telephone, and may not appear on the photo or support the author's personal data.
7. The photographs will be sent to brotherhoods GROUPING OF THE CITY OF ALMERIA, PO
59-04080 ALMERIA.
8. The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2011, being exposed at a time and place agreed upon by the Association of Guilds, informing it through the media.
9. Are three awards:
First prize will consist of 800 euros, trophy and reproduction in the poster for Almería Easter 2012.
Second prize will consist of 400 euros, trophy and reproduction on the cover of the Official Program Schedule and Itineraries of the Easter 2012.
Third prize will consist of 300 euros, trophy and reproduction in Publication Cofrade Almería 2012.
10. The jury will be composed of persons designated by the Association of Guilds.
11. The jury will meet prior to the opening of the exhibition of selected photos.
12. The ruling is final and will be announced through the media, leaving the winning works held by the Association of Guilds, reserving it the right of reproduction and subsequent use.
13. The jury, if it deems it appropriate, may declare any of the prizes.
14. The non-winning photographs, and once made, where appropriate, the exhibition may be picked up by default on personal notice at the headquarters of the Association.
15. Those pictures that do not comply with the bases outlined above will automatically be out of competition.
16. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of these rules.
