BACKGROUND:
The Department of Art Education, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, National University of Education - La Cantuta, has no infrastructure for the development of academic activities and research, that is why we must adapt to the gaps present in the scheduling of classrooms in other departments of the faculty.
is in this sense that developed the Feasibility Study level called "Improving the educational services of the Academic Department of Education, Faculty of Arts Social Sciences and Humanities - UNE, developed in 2005, serving as a starting point for this project.
The year 2000 saw the creation of the National Public Investment System in order to optimize the use of public resources for investment, because before this period were many projects that failed, ie did not meet the needs should cover basic, when this investment could be used to meet other needs of equal or greater importance.

SNIP can be considered a filter to evaluate and select the best proposal according to guidelines Preinvestment, ranging framed in the Profile, Feasibility Studies and Feasibility, which determine whether the project is considered viable or not.
If you look at the background of the works in Peru we say that it is evolving in ways to produce more and spend less and for which they chose to alternative solutions that optimize workforce obtaining economic benefits, likewise, the rapid technological change and accelerated the construction methods, to give them a saving in the construction of the project.

Justification:
careful project design, must begin with a pre-investment stage, which is divided into the stages of profile, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, which allow identify the feasibility of a project.
Through this project we will show the advisability of the construction of the Academic Department of Art Education, to improve the educational infrastructure, which is a mechanism to improve the development of academic activities.

PROBLEM:
The Academic Department of Arts Education FACSYH National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle - La Cantuta, lacks the necessary infrastructure for the development of academic and administrative activities.
is why we are currently receiving their education in temporary facilities and inadequate classrooms using other departments, creating dissatisfaction on the part of students and teachers about the conditions under which university education provides.

DEFINITION OF OBJECTIVES:
The central objective is to improve educational infrastructure in the Department of Art FACSYH National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle - La Cantuta, with the construction of facilities and open spaces that allow better development of academic and administrative activities.

This report covers the topic related to the Market Study for the construction of the Department of Art Education, which is part of the investment project according to the requirements of SNIP. CONTENTS OF THE REPORT
